With the help of our cheerful employees (cows, pigs, fowl, honeybees), our pasture is becoming a diverse wild meadow, and our silvopasture is expanding.
We graze using intensive rotational practices, and give our fields long rest periods.
When preparing for winter, we stockpile grass to reduce the need for hay.

Our pigs’ unique diets consist of local, freshly-soaked, non-GMO, soy-free, low-corn, low-PUFA grains; fresh hay; raw skim milk; and lots of sunshine!
